Yes he is, still doesnt like the cat....he has been itching so bad lately & I dont know why....He is still getting his medicated bath and is on antibotics for the heartworm treatment...I cant figure it out, Thanks for the comment since I see him everyday its sometimes hard to know if he looks alot better
