do they get cold??? What about their paws?

You know, Ive always wondered.... If my corgi has been in warm weather like FL for a while.. and if I move to a colder climate,,,, say WAshington state... will they be able to adapt to the weather change?? And be able to play in snow like your dog without freezing??
