She had much better form than now but I taught her first to do Paw.  And than, without saying paw she would do it but instead when her paw got close to my hand I would turn over my hand.  Slowly, she was just doing the motion and I was backing my hand further and further.  Came to the point that when I do the paw motion with my hand, she would do the new command, "Hi."
