Yes....you are so right! Pippa is so sweet and I can not imagine how she got separated from her owner. She is not a "street" dog....she's too smart and too well mannered!  I'm glad I could give her a forever home and much love for the rest of sweet little life! Now....to get some meat on her bones!  lol
