Fresh, heavy, deep, wet snow on the right-hand sunny lee slopes, snowballing heavily. Late April, but I feared there was some avalanche danger on that side, so we avoided those slopes. Just walk right up that ridge, but no, you don't go out on those lovely cornices, either. Quite easy travel on snowshoes.
