That's a Lupine collar; I think it's called Flower Power or something like that.

Sheep are born with long tails; these ones were just lucky enough not to be docked.

what a pretty collar, do you have a closer picture?
also, I have never ever seen sheep with long tails, how funny! its like they are cardigans =)
