Anne, I am so sorry for your loss, she was a beautiful puppy! I can understand your pain of loosing a puppy all too well, my sister-in-law's family adopted Fae's sister and had to put her down a few months back because she was suffering from kidney and liver failure. It was hard on the whole family! All you can do is remember that the puppy had a good, happy life with you, even if it was short! I am happy to see that Abbey is doing well, take care and God Bless!
Joyce, we do not know what caused SADIE to leave us at such an early age. She began to have (looked like muscle spasms in her neck), so we took her to the vet. Vet said she was the picture of health, no fever, infection, all shots up to date, not wormy.....ya da ya da ya da! That was on Thurs.....Sat morning she was gone. I called the vet to let him know that she had passed and he was totally baffled, too. We miss her so much, and I am sure that if she were able to let us know she would be happy to know that we found Abbey. Not to take her place, but to fill the void in our lives. Thank you for such a nice comment! I am sorry that you lost your Pembroke, even tho he was 10.5 years old. Dogs truly are man's (woman's) best friends!
Oh what a beautiful baby....soooooo sorry for your loss. RIP Sadie!
Oh my gosh . . . Sadie was a beautiful dog. If it isn't too difficult to share, how did she happen to leave you at such an early age ? Our first Pembroke died on August 12th, 2012 when he was 10 1/2 years old and no matter what the age, it's just heartbreaking. I'm glad you have Abbey. We got a new puppy on November 25th and it's been wonderful.
thank you, we were really heartbroken that we lost her. Seems like my heart was plenty big enough to love another puppy (ABBEY), and I am sure that Sadie did not mind at all.
