This is a rather simple ascent, kind of a weenie mountain for the Cascades, but it is about 7500', and we left the trailhead at 8:30 AM and reached the summit at 6:45. A long day for 6" legs. Gwynnie has been here before, but she didn't get to sleep on the summit.

Ex-cuuuuuse me, but I didn't sit-stay at the edge of a 300' cliff for 40+ phoptos (only 1 of which turned out*) just to have somebody say it's photoshopped.  That's 7500', and I walked the whole way (well, with maybe a "corgi toss" here and there on some of the nasty parts).   He even put me on belay for the snow chute up to LaBohn Gap, when he used his ice ax and crampons (I have claws; don't need no sissy crampons).

*John is so nearsighted now, he can't even see the viewscreen, and all his photography is done by the Braille Method.

Great but it looks photo shopped!
