This might look scary -- and a fall here would likely be fatal -- but the dogs are so sure-footed, I have no problem with this. It's over 2' wide, and the top has been flattened and roughened by the US Forest Service. I do belay them with a chest harness sometimes.

Wow -looks stunning. I'm trying to get Percy fit enough to do some hills. Scotland kind of looks like little bumps compared to the mountains in your pics though.
