Yes he does!  Tho I do have him clipped a little bit shorter for the hot weather.  I've let his coat grow out to it's full fluffiness.  My groomer does a great job on keeping him neat but still looking like a fluffy.  In fact his groomer took that picture and had it framed for me while we were visiting our daughter down in TN.
