My best guess and i'm almost 90% positive it's Bowser, He is the one that is located in the 7 O'clock corner. Because Bowser has a Full White Mane and a White connecting Streak from his head to his Mane.

Have you tried to figure out which one is Bowser? I think Tucker is on the far right, second one up from the bottom.
