This is Keegan.  He is a "failed foster", because we fell in love with him and just couldn't let him go.  Keegan came to our rescue group from a cruelty seizure case.  I saw his graying face and asked to be his foster mom.  He can't see very well, is a little hard of hearing and has a thyroid condition, but he is a WONDERFUL member of the family! Keegan adores our oldest son and is never more than 3 feet behind him at any time.
