Looking at Zeba running makes me feel "broody" for a pup too. I love that expression. Never heard it before, but it's very apt and should be adopted here in the states. It's so fun to have an English "friend." All my original Corgi books were written by Brits who were household names when we got our first Corgi, Gorki. He was a little stinker. Smart as a whip and I loved him to pieces. I'll attach his "pedigree," later. I copied it from my mom and suspect that the original is stashed in a Corgi book at her house in NY. I didn't even write down his AKC or kennel name.

I love that photo of Zeba running on the beach. It does make me long for Lucy to be tiny again but w/o the teething and training!

I'm not getting any younger either. Although Lucy looks like an angel, she is extremely smart as was quite the little alpha to raise. Half the time we called her Lucifer. I swore I was too old to ever have a puppy again. And then a year ago we rescued Ricky-Rafa when he was 16 wks. Lucy just rolled her eyes at him and us, as if to say, "Nice going!" or "Whatever were you thinking?" If Tim had a tri-boy I'd be sorely tempted, but this isn't the time for us to get another puppy. But every time I see a little fat and sassy baby my heart melts.

That must be a real temptation!!

I will probably wait a few years but not too long as I am not getting any younger!!

Suzanna, I feel the same way. There's no puppy quite like a Corgi. I'd love a 3rd, and Lucy's breeder has puppies now.

Were there only digital cameras when my other Corgis were around. I can picture my puppy, Rookie (a Cappykorn Bach son), airborn at about this same age. It's as if he's right in front of my face. The best I can do is try to attach this out of focus shot of Lucy.

We visited England when my sister-in-law lived there. Had mycorgi.com been available then, I definitely would have tried to meet you and your Corgis.
