I love dogs, and adopted Darwin not too long ago. He was sold to the SPCA for beer money when he was very young; too young to be separated from his mother. However, he hasnt been fazed at all by his experiences, and is so happy, and loves to meet new people!
About My Corgi(s):
I adopted a puppy a month ago from the SPCA, and we have no idea what he actually is. His name is Darwin, and he is a jack russell mix of something. Hopefully someone can help me identify what he is, I am really thinking that he is mixed with a corgi, thanks!!!!
Well I know my Corgis. Do you have alot of pictures of him on your profile? You can have a simple DNA genetic test done on him which will provide the breeding he has.
Hi Annie...I am no expert myself but his chest reminds me of my Corgi...kind or broad. Also, his front legs seem to turn out towards the bottom so that looks like a Corgi. There are some breeders on here who might be able to tell me than me (I just got my corgi 7 months ago and I have never seen another in real life). You should post a few more photos of him, taken at different angles so we can see him better.
He is awfully cute, what ever he is. Does he try to herd at all?
Nice to meet you and thanks for the compliments! Joy and Butter
Welcome from an East Coast Canadian. What part of Canada are you from? Please join the Go Canadian Corgis group; we would love to have you. Joy and Butter
