About Me:: Hello, I recently adopted a corgi mix from a high kill shelter and I'm in love! Now I understand why corgis have such a large following. My only problem now is I wanna get another one! :)

About My Corgi(s):: Since my boy was a rescue I don't know much about him. He's obviously a corgi mix and the vet says he's about two or three years old. He's a sweetheart with a few cute quirks. He likes to pick up my shoes and carry them to his bed. He doesn't play with toys, but every now and then I will catch him shaking a stuffed animal by the tag, or tossing his bone in the air. At the dog park he would rather chase the other dogs than chase a ball. He also rarely barks and has this adorable little aroo call that I've recently learned is a corgi trait. He's somewhat still in his shell (since he probably was abused, or at the very least abandoned, and is now a very timid and submissive pup). But in the short time that I've had him (since 2/10) he has opened up quite a bit! I love my little boy!! :)
