- Jake is a 4 year old pembroke who was the runt of the litter, and he's got some quirks to prove it. He cannot stand: the pool, the ice maker, the vacuum, or the shower, and he is allergic to chicken and soy, which are in just about every type of dog food out there. Jake loves to play more than anything, including eating.
Amy is a 5 year old? pembroke and was rescued 2 years ago from the pound. It wasn't her first time there, so she had a rap sheet - the last people who rescued her and then returned her to the shelter said that she barked too much and nipped at a kids heels once, which was the final straw. She's been perfectly fine with kids for us though! Amy is lazy and couldn't keep up with Jake even if she tried!
