- During my 29 years I have owned quite a few different breeds. Black Lab, Scottish Terrier, Rottweiler, Chihuahua. I did enjoy the Rottie the best though. I love NO tail. LOL. with how excited my rottie became if he had a tail he would have knocked everything over, including people. I now own a home with my boyfriend and he has never owned a dog before. I figured something as cute and rambunctious as a corgi would be perfect. Something that can fit on our boat and come with me to the barn when i go riding.

- We rescued Gus was the local shelter. His prior owner had some medical issues and could no longer keep him. One of my good friends is the animal control officer, and she called me within the hour he showed up. It did take a few weeks of convincing my boyfriend. But once he saw him, he was ours! We adopted him at 7 months old and he is a welcome addition to the family. He is very smart and i feel my boyfriend got lucky with his first dog being this well behaved and intelligent.
