2 Corgis in Colorado need help!

Anyhow, I've been to my storage unit a few times in the last year to hear several dog's yapping on the other side of the fence. I never thought twice about it until I hear it the other day when it was 0 degrees outside. So I decide to look over the fence. And to my amazement, 2 corgis. Both tied up, with their own ruts, perfect radius to tether ratio. Sad to see…
