I am a Corgi lover from way back. My father went to England when I was 7 and instead of bringing back gifts he brought a large box back with him and out popped a Corgi, our first, Muffy. Now that I'm grown (some would say overly grown) I got what I really wanted when we looked for a dog, a Corgi. Corky is a rescue dog and we got him when he was two and is now 12 years old and much beloved.
Welsh Corgi Breeder?
No
About My Corgi(s):
Corky, aka Corkus, Corkilicious or Corkus Aurelius is 12 years old.
It was just a harness collar...instead of a throat collar. You can get a good grip and not choke him...just look up dog harness collars... With Winnie my elbows and knees were going out, and in the winter, my back did go out! Things are slowly repairing...but she was worth it! My little gooshy girl. Not a muscle in her!
Thank you, my husbands father planted it many years ago. Most years it will get caught by a freeze but this year we got lucky and it is blooming again right now just not as much.
Welcome Helen and Corky, thank you for rescuing Corky! I will be patient and wait for pictures too, along with the other Carol, who probably knows you! Carol, Lucky and Sonny
