About Me:: I live on 55 beautiful acres in the city limits. Our house is 1/2 mile off the main street and we love it. I live with my husband and wonderful son. We love to ride horses, 4 wheelers, our Harley. We have 2 Black Labs, Australian Shephard, and Lola my sweet Corgi. We also have 4 cats and Cows and chickens and fish.

About My Corgi(s):: Lola is a sweet, hard worker and a Loyal dog. When my husband and I went on a weekend trail ride we found a sweet little kitten with no mom about 3 weeks old. Luckily at the time Lola had a little of pups. We brought home the kitten and Lola took him in . Bernie is now 4 and is a beautiful, BIG cat.

He was diagnosed with Navicular cysts on right foreleg, and a strained deep flexor tendon in that foot too. He has gel pack in the shoes the farrier put on him. Are you familiar with this malady at all?? They think that he will be totally sound with another gel pack shoeing, and then just keeping shoes on his front feet at all times. I knew you had worked with a vet, and wondered if you had any encouragement or words of "horse"advice for me???
