My husband and I have 4 cats. We both love corgi's but our cats don't share the same feeling. We had a sweet loving corgi, Cody, for a while but he had some separation anxiety problems and now he lives with a great family that is home all day. One day we plan to get another corgi.

Welcome Lisa. . .my two cats don't even pay attention to my three Corgis. . .they act as though they're not even there. . .they all sleep on my king size bed you'd think it was made just for them. . .I get a little corner of the bed. . .LOL
Welcome. Hopefully you'll be able to find another corgi that your cats will "like". We have 8 cats and 6 dogs. Our house is a house divided. The corgis don't want to hurt the cats they just want to do what comes natural to them - herd.
Thanks for the welcome. So true about herding cats! Three of our cats didn't mind Cody but one of our cats really had issues with him and would actually try to corner Cody...a very dominant cat! Because we live in a split level condo, Cody had the bottom floor along with our bedroom and the cats had the top two floors. It's all about compromise I suppose.
Hi Lisa and welcome! Our corgis are constantly herding our cats! It's a hoot. For now, the dogs live in the front part of the house and the cats in the back part of the house. It's a compromise.
