About Me:: My name is Liza,and I am a 17 lb., 6 month old corgi. My adoptive Dad is an 82 year old Veteran that bit off more than he can chew. He was very lonely and wanted the companionship of a Corgi because he always had them when he was younger. However, he has a lot of health problems, including times when he forgets things, and he is having a hard time taking care of me. He is going to an assisted living soon. I am a cattle herding breed, and I have a lot of energy. I like to run and play, and my Dad cannot walk very well - especially in this Arkansas heat. So I do not get much exercise and I can get into trouble for chewing on things when I need to burn off energy. I love going to the dog park and playing with all the dogs, I have never met a cat or small kids, but I do like to chase birds.

A nice neighbor is helping my Dad post info about me to help me find the perfect home and she thinks I am very smart!.

My Dad dreams that a family with older kids, or another dog, and that has a fenced in yard would adopt me.

All he asks in return is a donation to CARE for their help in finding me a new home.

I have just been fixed, and have had all my shots, and can supply my vet records.
