I am a native Houstonian and am married to my high school sweetheart. Gardening and volunteering at a local wildlife center are my two favorite hobbies. I have two kids currently attending Texas Tech University in Lubbock.

I have three Pembroke Welsh Corgis named Shorty, Murphy and Ellie. One is a tricolor, the other is primarily black and tan and the third is the red. As with all dogs, they each have their own unique personality! I enjoy them, but not the hair they shed! Although they are work, they are sweet and fun to be with.
