Middle aged health professional & dog lover for life. Married for 23 years to wonderful woman who's only fault is that she merely tolerates dogs-- Two children in college--who miss their corgis & sleep with them whenever they're home.
Welsh Corgi Breeder?
No
About My Corgi(s):
We've had a Pembroke in the house since 1991. Foxy watched our children grow from babies to teenagers. Angel & Holly joined us in May of 2003. Their personalities are very different- Holly is the stereotypical "dog" who has simple goals: Eat (a lot) and guard the house from all dangers.. (sparrows, squirrels, the meter man, etc.) Trying to please her humans is not always near the top of this list. Angel thinks she is human (probably goes back to her being the runt of the litter & being bottle fed for a few weeks). I've never had a dog so in tune with what I'm thinking. She generally prefers the company of humans (even over her own sister). Did I mention she can talk? (well at least yodel or sigh heavily). Together they are an intricate part of our family... bless be the Corgis!
