I live in Southern California and have one son a great husband and am fortunate enough to be able to stay home to be with my family. I enjoy alll types of crafts, sewing and quilting with my friends.

About My Corgi(s):
I have two lovely girls who are both pembroke corgi/heeler mix. I got my first when I was going through chemotherapy and survived both the treatment and her puppy training.
My girls names are Chemo and Rosie O. Chemo definetly favores the corgi breed and Rosie looks more heeler. Chemo is 8 years old and Rosie O is 3 years old. Both are the love of our lives'

I can see how that would be true. From that aspect it would help my Dad, but I worry the puppy would not get everything a puppy needs since he lives alone and he is very weak right now. If Finnigan weren't so energetic I would bring him over to visit. :)
Puppies during chemo, that's a big undertaking. My Dad is going through chemo now and he keeps talking about wanting a dog since his dog passed away while he was in the hospital 4 months ago. I keep trying to talk him out of it because I think it's too much for him in the state he's in. He wants either an Australian Shepherd or Queensland Heeler.
