Toby is a 2 year old boy that I rescued from a high kill shelter. He's the most relaxed, laid back corgi you'll ever meet. We're both couch potatoes! He'll have bursts of energy for about 5 minutes, and then he'll waddle over to the couch for cuddling and channel surfing!
