spay question...to cone or not to cone

About My Corgi(s):: Her name is Charlie and she is currently 8 months old. She can be very stubborn at times and loves to keep up on our toes. She LOVES playing with her ball and has taken to learning commands very well. She also torments her two feline brothers and tries to get them in a game of chase.
