Comment by John Wolff on May 3, 2013 at 2:47am: Mt. Maude summit, 9000+', Washington Cascades. Note the cups filled with snow -- no water here, so we melt it on the stove. A clear night, but we awoke in a whiteout, robbed of our summit sunrise. Much more comfortable than it looks.

Comment by Keri&Merlin(Judy&Alan's Pups) on October 18, 2012 at 9:32pm: @Ann B,Summer is a beautiful girl!Haven't seen her pic for awhile.Glad all is well with Your brood and camping :).We head out in a couple weeks for a road trip to the Sierras again,then mid coast and a few days at Disneyland.There is a great RV park close enough to keep an eye out on them every couple of hours,but have time in the parks too.By the time We get to Disney,they'll both be ready for r&r after hiking miles.Have a great Autumn!
