I am working on my PhD in biology; I have three dogs: a Labrador Retriever named Leeloo, a Weimaraner named Pola and a Pembroke Welsh Corgi named Greatta.
Together the three girls are known as "The Squirrely Girls"
Welsh Corgi Breeder?
No
About My Corgi(s):
Greatta was rescued from a bad situation (backyard breeder) where she was suffering from mange, flea infestation, and a pinworm infection. At 5 months old her ears had not stood up and she had little fur on her face, ears, or feet. After some TLC and antibiotics, the ears stood up, the fur grew back, and the Corgi Butt appeared. She will be 2 years old in January 2012 and adores my fiance; she tolerates my presence because I drive her to the dog park.
She runs with the big dogs and loves to retrieve and swim and wrestle. Short legs and a few early bumps in the road haven't slowed her down at all.
