I own my own business so all my dogs go to work with me every and sleep under my desk. I own a sewing and Embroidery shop. My husband just retired from the army so we are spending all the time we can together with each other and our dogs
We own 6 Corgis a couple have been rescues then we decided to get a couple of puppies to brighten our home. Their entire day is either sleeping, greeting the customers or goofing off in and out of the back door. We 15 year old lady named Cory she was rescued from a puppy mill came with a lot of health problems. The next one is Cali which came from a breeder that was worried more about having puppied from her than the fact she has terrible alergies and should never have been bred. Then we have Arianna and until resently had her sister Anika she died in an unfortunate accident. They were rescued from an man that beat them. Which makes them live in fear. And now we have 3 puppies Sarge 12 weeks and Xena and Gwen 11 weeks. The have brought a lot of life into our home.
Noticed you're part of the Philly corgi group. Wanted to let you know there's a philly corgi picnic this weekend in Coatsville! Check out the events listing on the home page for more details :).
Tammy, of course I love corgis!!!! I wish that I could have more, but I live in a Townhome community and they limit dogs to two....I will add that I do not like Townhome living, but for now it is where I am.
I will make a trip to your shop soon. I have been down with a virus for 10 days now :-( I would love to meet you and your gang!
That would be extremely hard having a pet pass and not being there for them. I'm sure with him being away so much the rescues keep you company and plenty to do to atleast help pass the time by quickly til your hubbys return. I appreciate what you do...who cares what some think. Your giving these animals a second chance. hats off to you
They are great therapy for me too. My friend when she visits is always amazed by them. She laughs and says, boy too bad they're not so friendly. . .she's joking because they love people and want all the attention when we have visitors. . . .They give her Corgi kisses and want belly rubs. . . .LOL
Lucky you. I take my 3 in when we don't have patients scheduled. I work for a doctor. . .lol. . . .he lets me bring them in on those days. He loves to watch them chase each other and run up and down the hallway. They love going to work with me cause they know when we leave we also go to the beach as it's only a few blocks down the street from the office. They absolutely love it. . . .
