I work at Hastings College and have two children in High School. We raise Suffolk sheep and chickens.
We also have a 13-year-old female Catahoula Leopard Dog, Bo. Bo is much more reserved preferring to take a trip in the truck than rough house around the yard.

About My Corgi(s):
Cooper is a female Pembroke Corgi born Dec 07.
She had a cold when she came to us but that seemed to clear up. She still has this weird thing she does that sounds like she is bringing up a loogy but she also eats every dandelion seed head she runs across and that has to stick somewhere in her throat. . . so I am thinking this is more an "allergy" than a cold thing.
Cooper has a strong herding instinct so she likes to circle up the chickens and cats; however, if someone "bolts" the chase is on. She has not ever harmed either chicken or cat but does love to herd them around. She is also very interested in the sheep but we have two aggressive rams and a boss ewe so we have not let her herd them yet. She has such a joyful soul and boundless energy.
Theresa, glad to see you here. I sent you a long email, but it won't leave my outbox from the hotel in Scottsbluff. I can get on line, but god bless technology I can't send an email!I'm glad you found MyCorgi. It is a great resource with some really terrific people. I've learned a lot here!
