HELP HE WON"T STOP BARKING

So I don't know if this is normal or not.....my little 13 week old corgi will sit down look at me and bark over and over and over for no apparent reason. I take him out he does nothing I feed him ....nothing I play and when we are done more barking! what is going on? Delete Comment
