My corgi, Mini, loves/adores my son, age 27, he plays with her and she sometimes just stares at him, we joke it's his furry girlfriend! Well, he's been busy with a girl he's been dating and brought her home for dinner last week, she was nice enough to bring Mini treats as Mini will sometimes pee in someones shoe's she doesn't like.
