About My Corgi(s):: Stuart Little is a corgi mix we adopted November 1. He is amazingly sweet, loves playing with his dog friends, and loves being with his family (especially his daddy).

My dog,

the sleepy, furry creature that he is,

gets up only at the sound of the cabinet door.

Like one of Pavlov's dogs responding to the sound of a bell -

he runs,

for his food.

his kibbles. his bits.

He waits for the hand to drop his treasure down.

and later, that hand he licks,

with his warm, rough tongue...

This morning, I woke up when my daddy did....

I joined him for breakfast (donut crumbs).

Then I went back to sleep with my mommy for an hour.

She got up and fed me breakfast and took me out.

She is always so happy when I poop.

I sat with my mommy as she did her work and read the Times.

Then, I played. And got my tummy rubbed.

I love getting my tummy rubbed! It's the best!
