Tomorrow will mark our first two weeks with our new rescue girl, Fern. She has really turned into a sweet little dog and fits in quite well. She is coming out of her shell. Fergie, our little girl that just turned one has decided that Fern is a terrific playmate and they wrestle on our walks. Water is Ferns weakness. She loves to FRAP through mud puddles. Last Friday I took a little 4 hour drive to Holt Missouri to meet with a representative of Forever Friends Pet Rescue. I came home with a sad little female corgi, formerlly a puppy mill breeding dog. She had been in foster care since early January.
