The LA County Baldwin Park Animal Shelter was the recipient of 20+ tricolor Corgi type dogs (some identified as Jack Russell or Sheltie but 70% very corgi in appearance) and others may have beagle as well in their mix. All related. Their breeder relinquished them to the shelter over the past week in 4 separate groups after they were found to operating an illegal kennel.
