Wanted to take Ellie for her first visit to a beach and see how she liked it so went on the internet and searched for Dog Beaches in Iowa--the only one that came up was Lake Red Rock.   WHAT A JOKE! We loaded up our Corgi, drove 40 miles to get there just to find out the main beach was closed for the season due to high water levels.
