Play Dates

Hey everyone,

We went to the corgi picnic to day with JD and all he really wanted was attention from the humans and really didnt want to do any thing with the corgi's then just before we left he started warming up to a couple of them. (I think the bigger corgi's where scaring him more than anything). On our way home we stopped at a petco and found a pem. corgi that was younger than he was and started trying to play with her then. So im trying to get him use to other dogs slowly. I guess is there any one in southern iowa that has a corgi that would be intrested in a play date some time? We would love to be involved. Any one just let me know. Thanks

Thank you so much for attending the picnic! JD was a hit. I wanted to take him home, that's for sure!

As for other events, there is a corgi get together down by Sioux City. I can try to get you the information for that event, if you are interested.

Comment by Sam Tsang on June 22, 2008 at 11:22am: I think what you can do is setup an event, that will get more exposure, allow others to RSVP, you can always cancel and event if it doesn't work out. Make sure you id the event in IOWA.
