Wow, that's so cool! It's fascinating to see how the current corgi standard is so different from the older look. They look much closer to the Swedish Vallhund in terms of the structure.

Sandra, what year are these, do you know? Kewl purchase.

Yea, the snout is longer and so are the legs, coat looks different as well. Hey, throw back or not, he's my boy and I love him just the way he is. I think there's a song like that!! I've heard there's lots of corgi stuff on ebay. Good to know that he's a reasonable and good seller. I've heard of some less than reputable sellers. You'll have to show them on Club Corgi as well.

yeah, the corgi looks like what they used to tell me as................old style! when i was looking for a corgi....i asked,---"oh, is that okay??????"

yes, the cards were on corgi aid....and i sorta wanted them, but hmm, one card on one set, other card on another and i could not chose or want to pay more than 25 per set, so i ck ebay..................oh my, i found both cards, one set, and he wanted, hmm, 3.75 for both cards and made them on sale, for $2.25 and had 4 sets..............then i ck his other cards, corgis only...and he had the colored ones, all for like, hmm, 7 dollars.....so i wrote back and forth and ended up paying only 16.88, he took ship off (from Canada) and i just got them today.....my first ebay purchase!....cool, huh?

but yes, old style corgi!....different looking....when i was looking for a corgi, i sent a pic of one to a good breeder and she mention it was old style..... i was thinking, oooooooooooo my, is that okay?????

Wow, looking at those pictures, no wonder some of the corgi people "in the know" call Timmy a throw back! He looks just like the second one in on the top row of cards. Maybe I should get some too! There were some cards like that on the CorgiAid auction. By the way I'm waiting for my bandanas and little statue in the mail.

hmm, think to make blank cards w/ kc with agility, playing, with rani macaw, sleeping, being cute...............i mean, i buy corgi cards, why not use my own and maybe others would love to have them too!

I don't collect Corgi cards, but I tend to buy Corgi stuff from The Dog Collection. They have cards you can send to people and really cute calendars. =)
