I haven't been on in a while because we've been busy with our new corgi pup, Starbuck! We brought her home two weeks ago and the fun hasn't stopped since. She came a small breeder in Wyoming, a very pleasant and impressive experience. The breeder was blessed with a litter of seven! We met both her parents and most of the pups. Starbuck stood out right away. She's a very pretty light sable with enough black on her face to look like a mask. We brought Banjo to help us decide, it was the most corgis I've ever seen in one place. Banjo let Starbuck curl up next to her and gave her kisses. That's when we knew she was the one.
Starbuck has adjusted very well. She's 15 weeks now, and growing more than our experience with runty Banjo had prepared us for. Banjo is almost maternal with her. Both girls are social and sweet. The puppy has a very good role model. I'll post more pics when I get them developed(this was a horrible time to have the digital camera break).
Yay corgis!
