Political corgis

I assume everyone is aware that the Democratic Convention was held in Denver this week. You may not know that the puppies got in on the act. Our dog boutique was wise in ordering a bunch of fun political items before the convention, such as "Bark Obama" bandannas and the ever popular Bush Biscuits(crunch, crunch, he's gone), as well as things for "John McCanine" supporters so no one was left out. We had a very good week!
Banjo and Starbuck hung out on our the patio meeting and greeting, and showing their support. They attracted lots of attention, including features in several newspapers. It was also great exposure for corgi kind. Many of our visitors had never seen a corgi in their hometowns. I think the girls did a great job. All three of us are glad the convention is over, though. We've earned our weekend!
