Brynn and the Ocean
Hey Everyone - Hope you all had a nice weekend :)
We took baby Brynn to the coast and the weather was lovely .! The car ride over was peaceful , Brynn slept most of the time, even with our music up loud ,and random singing fits .We let her out to pee, and drink water every hour, and she seemed happy to just be with us no matter where we were .
Stopping at numerous vista points along the way , we got to the ocean at last, and let her out on the sand for the first time . Brynn went nuts , digging , eating , hopping , etc.. We were laughing so hard ,i missed a ton of photos but it didn't matter , watching her was all i could do .Then we got to the waters edge and she drank some of it , put her feet in , ( COLD ) and ran back to us . We had her off leash, and she was in heaven , running around like a crazy dog .She barked at other dogs and would go up to them , and then run back to us .I think she is making progress with being around others , just have to work on her barking so loud ! Brynn was one of the only dogs there that had a mouth on her ,which was kinda frustrating at 6 AM when we went out to pee . I think she woke everyone up in the complex ! LOL !!
While in our room , she was quiet for the most part , and didn't have a single "accident" . YAY !! Her attitude was perfect, like her home was where we were ,and she felt at ease immediately .
I love her so much ! We had the perfect weekend and looking forward to many more to come .Next time maybe she'll take a swim ?

Thanks Carol :) This coming weekend we might go to Mt.Saint Helens with Brynnm and for sure to the Columbia river Gorge .She is such a pleasure to travel with . I meet so many dog owners that say they can't do it because of car sickness etc...

How fun! Augie and Char are off leash every day. They love the freedom. I just love reading your posts about all your trips. Can't wait to see the pics!

Sounds like a great weekend. I wish I lived close to the ocean. I love taking the Corgis to play in the water. Sounds like your Brynn is the perfect fit for you. They really take over your heart don't they!
