Blaze is home!!!
So....
We got up early yesterday to drive to Auburn and get Blaze.... he has surpassed my wildest expectations. He is SOOOOOO intelligent, playful, stubborn, adorable, loving, and sweet. He has adjusted VERY WELL from being a free-roaming puppy on the farm to being an inside dog that is being crate-trained. I had to leave him for two hours yesterday for a meeting, and I was SO worried about him- but no problems... he did not pee/poo in his crate, and nothing was destroyed (I was worried he'd chew up the mat). Only one poo accident in my daughter's room and that was this morning-- more than 24 hours after we got him.
Today I took him to my parent's house on the lake and he ran around, played, contempated going into the water (thank goodness he didn't!), dozed in the shade, etc. He seems to have bonded with me already- he follows me everywhere and always wants to sleep in my lap. :-) I am one happy furbaby owner!!! He is truly adorable! Of course, I may be partial to tricolors!!! Sounds like he is off to a good start, and what fun...going to the lake and hanging out with the family!

Congrats! Love the pics... he is a cutie. Emmy came from a farm breeder too - I could not wish for a better dog. Enjoy!!
