Just got home from the VA

So many people were pleased to see Ace today, the one man inmy dads ward has a heart condition from what my mom told me and i let him pet and love on Ace today, he told me i dont realize it but having Ace there was the best thing for him. He said having a dog matters and just petting him made him feel good, then there was also the Elderly man across from my dad, he lives in assited Living from what im told and he wasnt doing to well, He told me he was a dog person last night and just loved on Ace some more.. it bring a smile to my heart seeing it make them happy I told Alan (guy with the heart condition) Ace will be back tomorrow and he grinned... Thats what its all about.. These guys are vetrans and to see no one visit them and see no flowers makes me upset.. So to be able to bring smiles to their faces is just worth it and i know Ace knows it too because he goes from being that rambunctious typical 5 1/.2 month old puppy to the most calm and gentlest being in that room...

Though.. Im starting to paint a picture about Ace, now this isnt the first time i heard this but im starting to wonder.... A lady i ran into there said her kids got a 4 month old Corgi and it was alot larger then Ace... i was also told by my vet he was on the small side when we took him in... it worries me some

But yes. Todays VA visit i think went well =)

GOldy is small too, we recently ran into one of her littermates and the other one had at least 3 or 4 pounds on Goldy.

Good work, Ace!
Some corgis are smaller that others (check out the group "Itty Bitty Corgi Committee"). I'm sure he's just fine. A smaller corgi is better for therapy work, since they can sit in laps easier and its better for lifting them onto beds.
