I swear, Miso is the EASIEST puppy to please. So I just used the pedi-paws on her. She HATES that. To make up for it...I gave her a bath. Now, to some dogs, this would just be salt in the wound, you know?

Not for Miso. Miso LOVES bath time. She jumps around, attacks the water, and all around goes crazy. I tend to get soaking wet when I do bathe her, but it's worth it for the hilarity, and to see the fun she has. She slips sometimes, but gets right back up and goes back to attacking the water.

The best part is, when I'm getting her wet with the cup, she has a great time, too! She attacks the water coming out of the cup, runs around in circles, and goes crazy. It's difficult to lather her up, because she still wants to PLAAAAAY while I'm trying to do so.

I officially have the cutest dog ever! And the best smelling one, too, since bath time is so easy!

Anyone else have a corgi who loooooooves to get baths?

Haha! I'll tell you my secrets. First of all, I go into the bathing experience knowing fully well that I will be getting wet as well. I put her in the bathtub when it's empty, and fill it while she's in there, to introduce it to her slowly. Once it gets over her paws, I start splashing her, and she attacks the splashes, which in turn gets her running around going crazy with the splashes. Then I chase her around the bath tub, getting her all soapy. Rinse her off, let the water drain, and dry her off!

Doubt this will work on every dog, but it's worth a shot, no?

Also, lots of treats don't hurt your chances.

I'm sorry! If it's any consolation, I have to struggle to get Miso to stop playing long enough to get her lathered up! And sadly, after baths, I have to take her out like once every 10 minutes to prevent her from peeing in her kennel, just due to the fact that she drinks so much water!

Ugh I'm so jealous. I have to be in constant rigid-body mode in anticipation of when Eddy will leap out... so you know, one hand holding him firmly in place, other hand doing the lathering, rinsing, and nozzle-working...

Want to trade? Loki constantly tries to escape the tub, much bribery to stay in the water with all 4 legs is required.
