brought moka home from the vet today. She was fixed yesturday. She is 16 weeks old and weighs 6.6 pounds.  I guess that is a normal size for a female puppy at this age not sure.

According to Wikipedia and PWCCA, females (on average) should weigh between 24 and 28 pounds when fully grown.  Obviously the weight will vary depending on the size of the dog.  Smaller dogs will have a lighter average weight.  Your little girl might end up being smaller than an average corgi.  :)

I was told that a female corgi's weight should not be over 22 pounds when full grown.

That's definitely small!  My 11 week old female is 6.2 lbs.

I'd say she's quite small for her age. Usually puppies grow a pound per week so normally she would be around 16 lbs by now. Hope she's feeling better soon!
