@Cassie- I know. It's a bittersweet story. But at least he didn't lose all of his owners in the avalanche.

Such an amazing story. Not only did the little guy dig his way out of three feet of snow, he walked four miles and found his way to the very hotel room his family had been staying at! The family had left by then, but as I understand it, one of the rescue workers drove Ole home to his family. Such a miracle!

My mother told me about this- I couldn't watch it. To survive and not have your "owner" there to meet you...
My mom started crying when she told me about it, let alone when she watched the news cast.
