There are nine days left till Dodger will officially be home with us and our place isn't even half ready for this puppy yet. With Jon being away till late in the evening due to military and work related things, one person can't organize this place especially when there's tons of heavy furniture all over the place. There's boxes everywhere, random furniture everywhere, cat toys all over the place in the dining room (still trying to figure out how I'm going to make things work with all the cat stuff and Dodger's crate and beddy being in the same room), it's one big giant mess. I honestly wish I had help with some of this stuff, but I'm all on my own and there's just not enough time in each day to get this all done. Most of the place is pretty well managed. I'm still trying to figure out if I should put cable outlit protectors on all of the outlits in the home. Also considering bubble wrapping the metal legs of the coffee table and Jon's favorite chair. Also considering a little kid's swimming pool and a little dog house to put on the balcony, that way instead of him always being cooped up inside and only being allowed out for potty breaks he'd have a little area to scamper around and get some fresh air. I'd love to hear any ideas or advice on anything else that I should do or things I should get. Any do's and dont's. I'd really appreciate some input! Please and thank you!
