this is more of a general dog question not nessasarily corgi.   what time would you feed your dog if you worked 3-11pm?  I feed him about 8-9am and again at...???? say 2-220-pm or when I get home at 11pm? he is 7 months old and I just got him from a rescue..we are working on crate and house training(which so far zero accidents) only if they knew the quicker there trained the more freedom they have!!

I have the same schedule as well. Our dog is finicky when it comes to food. So i feed him once when i get up in the morning and once at night when i get home that sometimes he wont even eat that. But for a pup i would split the second meal in two and give him some before work and some after

good question. I have that EXACT same work shift starting next week. I am going to feed him a small amount at 2:30 and then a small amount when I get home and see how that works.

p.s.  I tried one of those battery operated feeders that are supposed to open at a certain time...she chewed through the plastic and it was in pieces when I got home.  In hindsight, those are really stupid inventions...dogs could choke on the plastic or swallow a battery.

I would feed him at 8 and then at 2 and make sure he goes potty before you put him in his crate.  Then a snack at 11pm to tide him over til morning.  That's my 2 cents.  :)   If I were a dog, that would be my preference.
