I have not wrote in while, but now I must; My 8 dog house is now down to one and it is QUIET!!! My beautiful foster dog Anya, formerly Kaylee, and all her pups have left my home as of  today, when cutie pie Roxy was taken to her new home.  Yes, of course I CRIED like I did with the others.  I have grown to love each and everyone of them as they are very near and dear to my heart!! I will miss them all, but I am 100% confident they ALL have wonderful loving homes.

My Izzie is now the ONLY dog, after a rough day 2 weeks ago when I had to send her sister Taffy (my 14 year old Sheltie) to the bridge.  I am hoping Izzie adjusts, as she was diagnosed Diabetic 2 weeks ago, and now all her playmates are gone. Has anyone had a multiple dog home that went down to just one, and how did that one cope?  Besides being incredibly spoiled now, will she be lonely?

Here is Izzie with her Sister Taffy..

So sorry about Taffy! I know how quite it can be when pups leave but as long as Izzie has her person she should be fine. She may look for the others and want some extra attention but will most likely rebound!
